Requirements to Register New Students
School Year 2024-2025
Registration for Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2024-2025 school year begins on Monday, January 22, 2024. Registrations received between January 22nd and March 8th will be assigned the same registration date. If there are more students than there is space at the school, random selection will be used to identify students to be overflowed to another school within the Oxnard School District. Students registering after March 8th will be assigned to the first school selected based on space available.
Students enrolling for Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1, 2024 (EC 4800a); students with birthdates between September 2, 2019 and June 2, 2020 are eligible to enroll for Transitional Kindergarten (TK).
Please upload the following documentation:
● Verification of Student Date of Birth: (Original Birth Certificate, Passport, Certified
Hospital Birth Record, or duly attested Baptismal Record.)
● Verification of Immunizations
● Residency Verification (Gas, Water, Electric, Telephone, rent receipt or a lease
agreement. Bill must have the parent's name and date on the document. If unable to provide
proof of residence, ask for an Affidavit of residence and return with a proof of address of
person who signed the affidavit.)
● Oral Health Assessment (TK, K)
● Legal Custody papers – if there are any legal court orders, care affidavit, or foster
placement paper
● Special Education - (if your child has an IEP)
● Physical Examination (CHDP) - (only students enrolling for 1st grade)
